Due to the nature of our products, all consumable goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on supplements once they have left our inventory.

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason. Orders are immediately released to our fulfillment team for processing and shipment preparation.

This includes but is not limited to changes to products, quantities, shipping addresses, or cancellation of the order in part or in full. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.


Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically post within 3–10 business days of being issued.


Discounts and Promotions

Only one discount may be applied per order. Promotional codes cannot be added, modified, or applied after an order has been submitted. We do not apply discounts retroactively under any circumstances.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotional codes are limited to one use per customer.


Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our inventory, we have no control over transit times or delays. Orders experiencing delays in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded while en route. Please monitor your tracking page for updates.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@castironnutrition.com with your order number and clear photos of the affected items and packaging. We will review and resolve promptly.
